Information We Collect
Content You Submit
Some of our apps allow you to submit content (such as images or text), which may be sent to third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini API) via encrypted connection (HTTPS) for real-time analysis. Not all apps use this feature — some apps operate entirely offline. This content is processed in real-time and is not stored on any server after processing is complete. Your submitted content is not used for AI model training or any other purpose beyond providing you with immediate results.
For PixelBead AI Extract, when you choose to use an AI extraction style and give permission in the app, we upload the selected image after resizing and compression, the selected AI style, your app language, and a subscription user identifier to our Firebase Cloud Functions over HTTPS. The image and AI instruction are then sent to Google Gemini API to generate the processed image. We use this data only to provide the AI extraction result requested by you.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage data to improve our services, including:
- Feature usage frequency
- App performance metrics
- Device type and operating system version
- Language preferences
Purchase Information
If you start a trial, make a one-time purchase, or subscribe to a premium service, purchase management is handled through the respective app store (Apple App Store, Mac App Store, or Google Play) and third-party purchase management services. We do not directly process or store your payment information.
Local App Settings
Some apps store settings and access status locally on your device, such as language, theme, feature preferences, trial status, and cached purchase status. These settings are used to provide app functionality and are not payment information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Process user-requested AI features, such as PixelBead AI Extract
- Verify trial, purchase, or subscription status for premium features

Third-Party Services
Depending on the app, the following third-party services may be used:
- Google Gemini API — AI-powered image analysis and content processing. For PixelBead AI Extract, the selected image and AI instruction are sent to Google Gemini API only after you grant permission in the app. Images are processed in real-time and are not retained after processing.
- Google Firebase — backend infrastructure, cloud functions, and app integrity verification (Firebase App Check). Firebase Cloud Functions receives AI requests, including the selected image, selected AI style, app language, and subscription user identifier, before forwarding the image to Google Gemini API for processing.
- Mixpanel — anonymous usage analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected.
- RevenueCat — purchase management, subscription management, and in-app purchase verification.

We require third-party service providers that process submitted content for AI features to protect that data using the same or substantially equivalent safeguards described in this Privacy Policy.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and request verification. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
